Girish Ji

Girish Ji, the most humble and friendly person one can come across. He is graduated in Computer science and worked at Infosys (A leading Indian I.T. organization) for around 3 years but he left every last bit of it as he continued looking for truth. He practised Sadhna at many spots of South India, Manali, Nepal and various other places. The Vipassana meditation in Pune brought a remarkable change in his life. The subjects like Anatomy and Physiology constantly inspired him for additional researches. He is a Doctorate at Naturopathy and Yoga. He has been showing Physiology and Anatomy at Alakh Yoga and at numerous Yoga schools in Rishikesh for more than 5 years.
Shri Yogi Chandrakant
Shri Yogi Chandrakant is one of the leading yoga teacher at Alakh Yoga. He was born and brought up in a Brahmin family in an old town, Haripurkalan which was at the intersection of the seven Ganges. He was raised under the guidance of Rishi’s of the Saptrishi Ashram who have been doing sadhana (contemplation) since vedic era. As a part of the family ritual, Yogi Chandrakant was introduced to spirituality at age of 3. He was gifted on Vedic Mantra and Tantra Yog by his father, Shri Sita Raghav Sharan Ji Maharaj, who ended up as his Guru. His early schooling started at the age of 8 in a Sanskrit School were he started developing the learning about Yoga, Astrology and Sanskrit . After his schooling, he wished to explore India in search of spirituality. Yoga has helped him in getting deeper in his inner journey and discovering the secrets of life. His father being his Guru developed the motivation due to which he started practicing the strange Tantra-Mantra gradually. He turned into a tantric healer and started sharing his endowment of mending to recuperate others on a request of his friend. He started yogic camps, studios, healings, and very soon, he turned into a renowned Yogic Searcher. In 2010, he was invited to give meetings during the kumbh Mela for International Yog Vedant Seva Kalyan Samiti (Shandilya Yogpeeth, Haridwar), more than 2000 searchers gathered to take part in his lessons. His teachings turned out to be more refined with progressing time as he dominated Yoga Philosophy, Pranayamas, Shat Kriyas, and so on.
Hari Ji
Hari ji devoted his youth serving the sages and sadhu’s even visited and stayed with them. It was his first experience with spirituality. After his great success in business he felt the void inside and started yearning for inner happiness. He decided to shut down everything and go on his inward expedition, he was so determined that his underlying battles didn’t divert him.
He started practicing meditation peacefully for months. His expertise in breathing and expectation technique, guided him in his internal excursion. Since his childhood he practised Yoga as a daily routine which helped him develop excellence in his techniques. With his continous research, he realised that the one’s development is retarded by the brimming of feelings within and this made him develop the Passionate Blockage medicines and also various Naturopathy detoxification methods and yoga. His main teachings includes the Dharana (focus) , Dhyan (contemplation), Emotional Blockage Removal and Sufi Meditation classes.

Varsha is a Gold Medalist in B.Ed (Yoga) from Punjab University, Chandigarh. M.A in yoga from Uttarakhand open college, P.G Diploma in Guidance and advising from Annamalai University Chidambaram, and a Certified Yoga instructor from Yoga Alliance U.S.A. For as far back as 5 years, She is taking classes in Chandigarh, Bhopal and Rishikesh.
She has excellence in the Yogic specialty of Pranayama and Meditation. She is a spiritual searcher for a long time, and her yoga is an energy, not just a calling. She is consistently open to investigating and learning new things throughout everyday life, which helps her inner and outside development.
Yogi Manoj Rawat
Manoj has been energetic about Yoga since childhood. His grandfather had great impact in his acquaintance and start with the universe of Yoga. Under the direction of his grandfather he started his practise in karma yoga. Later in his life, Manoj investigated Bhakti and Karma Yoga top to bottom to his yoga venture.
