100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh India – Overview

The 100 hour yoga teacher training is best suited for those who have a busy schedule and this course allows them to complete their training in two phases.

The first phase is “Yoga Learning” in which the students will focus on learning the gradation of Yoga Practices. In this phase, you will be taught about the in-depth training of Yoga anatomy, alignment, and hands-on adjustment techniques. The course will also include a special session on Detoxification, Pranayama, Kriyas, meditation, Yoga Nidra, etc.

The second phase will be about “Yoga Teaching” and is about fulfilling your dream of becoming a certified and accomplished yoga teacher and deepening your Yoga skills to a higher level. There will be multiple practice sessions to polish your teaching skills and we ensure that at the end of the training, one is able to lead a yoga class independently and confidently. At the successful completion of these phases, you will be receiving a 100 Hour YTTC certificate, which allows you to be certified with the Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher.

The curriculum of the training will be the same as the curriculum of 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

100 Hours Yoga Training Facilities

During this 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, the students will stay for 11 nights in Dhyan Mandir Ashram in Rishikesh, India. The two available accommodation options are private rooms with attached toilets and non-attached private toilets. The room includes facilities like air-conditioners(on request), geysers, free Wi-Fi, and many other facilities like power backup and washing machines that make the stay comfortable.
